PACKAGING SPEED: 20/25 BAGS PER MINUTE

• It can work in all desired positions: from 0 to 180 degrees.
• Structure on wheels: parts in contact with the product in stainless steel AISI 304.
• Three pairs of wheels – one heated. Electric asynchronous motor movement.
• Transversal welding unit (cutters) in surface treated aluminum and chrome-plated steel. Guillotine knife for a clean and safe cut. Electric brushless motor. No lubrication required; gearboxes are watertight and do not need periodic maintenance.
• Single Phase power supply and no need of compressed air for easier positioning.
• Swinging Touch Screen Panel to set and store all the parameters: speed, envelope length, temperature, working mode, welding time, cycle start delay, etc.
• Usable films: heat-sealable such as polypropylene, polythene, micro-perforated, laminated, laminated, co-extruded, etc.
