Legal Basis and Purpose of Personal Data Processing

The legal basis for processing personal data is the consent given by the data subject and the legitimate interest based on the customer relationship. The register is used for managing customer relationships with LinePack Oy, including the execution of customer agreements, orders, and assignments, as well as customer communication.

Regular Data Sources

The information entered into the personal data register is obtained regularly from the data subject themselves and based on the completed purchase history.

Processing of Personal Data

The personal data of contact persons are stored in LinePack Oy’s CRM, customer communication, and ERP systems.

If the processing of personal data involves the transfer of data outside the EU or EEA, we ensure that such transfers comply with data protection laws. Adequate data protection and security will be ensured, if necessary, through the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. We will not disclose your personal data to other registers unless required by law.
