Linepack Oy’s delivery process is designed to ensure that customers always receive a precise and functional solution, delivered with professionalism and dependability. We offer comprehensive support from start to finish, making collaboration with us effortless and effective.
1. Assessment
In the initial phase, we conduct a comprehensive assessment of the customer's needs and requirements.
4. Utility Check
We verify the necessary utilities, such as electrical and compressed air installations, and Wlan/Lan connections.
7. FAT at Manufacturer’s Facility or Linepack
If necessary, we perform a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) at the manufacturer’s facility or at our own premises.
10. User Training
We provide thorough user training for the customer's staff.
2. Design
We design a detailed solution that meets the customer’s needs.
5. Quotation
We prepare a clear quotation that includes the plan and cost estimate.
8. Delivery and Equipment Handling
We deliver the equipment and materials by truck, along with installers and installation materials. Professional equipment handling is provided as needed.
11. SAT at Customer’s Site
The Site Acceptance Test (SAT) ensures that the equipment functions as intended at the customer’s site. Delivery approval is then granted.
3. Design Review at Customer’s Site
A review at the customer’s site ensures the suitability of the plan and identifies any necessary modifications.
6. Order Confirmation
Once the customer approves the quotation, we confirm the order and begin preparations.
9. Installation
We install the equipment and ensure its functionality.
12. Production Start-Up Support
We assist the customer with the production start-up and provide ongoing support as needed.
