The new ReeMarket is the perfect flexible solution for GDO to pack different portions of fresh food in different tray-format shelves like vegetable, meat & poultry, fresh fish, gastronomy and fruits.
A fully automatic tray sealer realized with 3 independent chambers, able to switch from each format to another one without any mechanical changes using a single width film reel. In less than 1 minute, the Operator can:
- by a user friendly PLC, ACTIVATE/DEACTIVATE each independent Chamber
- set 5 different receipts per each format.
No DIE-SET CHANGE and Automatic FILM POSITIONG in SAFETY CONDITIONS: the machine detects and informs the operator about possible wrong conditions of work and settings.
