After initial trials and customer surveys, Linepack brought in professionals, and the product design began in earnest.
– “This was a product customers wanted from the very start. Their ideas and needs were taken into account and implemented. Feedback also influenced the software,” describes Technical Director Henri Ihalainen, discussing the design process.
